#OOTD Halloween: "Painting the roses red" Outfit

As a countdown to every fashionista's favorite holiday... HALLOWEEEEEEENI will be featuring costume ideas utilizing garments that can be worn anytime of the year (separately of course)!  I hope these ideas will inspire you to ditch the overpriced generic costumes and get creative with pieces you can wear year round!  Enjoy!

Outfit Notes- Hello, your majesty! This Halloween take charge, turn heads, and break hearts as the Queen of Hearts!

If you are a fellow shoe addict and a believer in magic, take a second to open a new "tab" and copy & paste this link into your browser... http://www.irregularchoice.com/

As soon as I laid my eyes on the Hook Line & Sinker heels, I immediately heard, "Off with its head!" in my mind.  The velvety red fabric and the scroll like detail on the top of the heel screams "royalty"!  To make the shoes more extravagant since this is a costume, I found these Betsey Blue Fishnet Shortie socks.

The H&M button down is so chic and adorable!
* Style tip: Tuck into the fabulous ruby red Kate Spade New York 'Zooey' skirt
* Button to the top or leave the first few buttons unbuttoned (try saying that 5 times fast).   * Add some sexiness by unbuttoning a few buttons and letting a black or red (or both :p)      lace camisole or bra peek through!

Add these for a "hipster" vibe!

Skirt- Pair with a neutral top tucked in.
